How to take care of your health in daily busy schedule

In the daily busy schedule we are not maintaning our health if this is a question for you then what will be your answer you answer will be "NO" even mine is also no then what should we do in order to prevent gaining weight and other after 40+ health problem like sickness or pains the things which should you do is only 1-CHEW YOUR FOOD 32 TIMES IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT 2-DRINK WATER SIP BY SIP IN ORDER TO LOSE WEIGHT AND OTHER PROBLEM 3-DONT DRINK WATER SOON AFTER TAKING BREAKFAST,LUNCH,DINNER 4-IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM OR ANY DISEASE SEARCH THE MEDICINE ON MY BLOG DON'T GO FOR DR. Because medicine are not good that we are thinking 5-THE BEST TIME TO DRINK JUICE IS AT MORNING AND For MILK THE BEST TIME IS AT NIGHT If you feel thirsty after having breakfast,lunch or dinner so you can take juice at morning curd at afternoon milk at night
